Delivery times

Products ship directly from our suppliers abroad. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and may be longer around holidays. A tracking number is emailed to you and shown on the order tracking page as soon as the parcel ships.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown in the cart before payment; above a certain amount shipping is free.

Late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after confirmation, write to [to fill: support email]. If it was lost we will resend it or refund you in full.

Returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery as described in the terms. Contact [to fill: support email] with your order number for return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
